Job Description:

·  Responsible for Safe Delivery on their line and shift. Ensure all Near misses and Accidents are followed through.
·  Responsible for Food Safety and IPS stds on their line
·  Responsible for optimizing the performance and PSA for their area of accountablity ensuring all team members are focused on zone performance and minimising losses and waste by following QCDM in their hourly zones.
·  Co-ordinates the 4 hourly QCDM meetings ensuring 5Y/RCA is applied as appropriate and key actions are escalted in a timely manner.
·  Is accountable for ensuring all feedback regarding escalation is shared within the relevant zone
·  Holds Zone owners accountable for ensuring actions that effect IPS and performance are closed out
·  Escalates any service,performance or behvioural concerns on shift to the SOM
·  Accountable for delivery of the key performance metrics of the balanced score card(e.g TE, NE, Waste, Vol Fill, PSA)
·  Will be required to build strong links into scheduling and responsible for the execution of an optimised schedule.
·  Cover for colleagues absence as and when required
·  Carried out investigation on shift regarding performance/people matters when appropriate
·  Will work closely with other functional coordinators to ensure any downtime is delivered to the right standard and the right time to maximise service delivery #UK-Li

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Experience in a manufacturing environment
·  Good analytical skills
·  Understanding of Lean processes, in particular QCDM/5Y and RCA.
·  Strong team player and contributor
·  Flexible 'can do' attitude to role and duties
·  Results driven and understands the link between action & results
