We are now recruiting a FP&A Analyst to join our team in East Gate, Cork on a specified purpose contract with approximate duration of 18 months.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role Summary: –
The primary responsibility of this role is developing comprehensive plans and forecasts for our headquarters functional overheads, working closely with your functional leads & providing monthly analysis and cause of change and communication of any risks and opportunities throughout the year.

Primary Accountabilities: -

·  Manage planning & reporting of PGCS HQ & IT functional spend developing full cause of change analysis
·  Manage planning & reporting of PGCS Digital Strategy spend developing full cause of change analysis
·  Provide insights and identify risks and opportunities for budget owners
·  Oversee the monthly & period MOH financial close process ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results
·  Partner with HQ/IT functional leads and ELT members for forecasting and Annual Operations Planning (AOP)
·  Drive the agenda on system optimisation and process improvement
·  Key contact to ensure business alignment on any HQ/IT communications (projects, budget queries, standards, variance analysis etc.)
·  Ensure all aspects of GCS (Global Control Standards) are adhered to throughout the reporting process, including balance sheet reconciliations on blackline reporting system
·  Point of contact for any Audit queries

Essential Skills: -


·  Collaboration, communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation are key to success in this role for balancing budget holder needs
·  Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
·  Strong technical knowledge is a must
·  Professionally qualified accountant with 4 years+ PQE (ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment with an FP&A function) Desired Skills: -

·  Previous Supply Chain finance experience
