PepsiCo is on the look-out for a Graduate Accountant to join our Control and Reporting team on a 30month Graduate contract.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. We are a global organisation, situated in 13 locations across 9 countries offering careers in various functions from Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, R&D, HR and IT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity of working within the Controls and Reporting team on a 30 month graduate training programme. He/she will train as a Qualified Accountant through a recognized accountancy body and gain sufficient relevant experience at PepsiCo to complement their studies.

The role of the Finance Graduate Accountant is to provide support to the Controls and Reporting team in delivering high level accounting, business and process support to customers as well as delivering real time, accurate and relevant information within a customer focus environment.

The key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

·  Proactively manage cashflow responsibilities for the business
·  Actively participate in projects across the Controls and Reporting team (such as process improvements), to drive efficiencies and assist in the delivery of objectives.
·  Support the month end/period end close as required
·  Co-Ordinate and assist in quarterly balance sheet reviews Respond to telephone queries and emails in a professional and courteous manner to tight service level agreed metrics

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Criteria

·  Accounting degree or equivalent
·  Excellent analytical skills including high degree of proficiency in excel
·  Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal) Desired Criteria

·  Self-starter with ability to work autonomously, as well as being flexible
