about the role

Working with Regional sourcing, support, drive and negotiate large value deals across the world.

Launch RFP’s in line with Engineering and the Business Unit in order to gain the most efficient costs in the market.

Strong interlock with regional sourcing teams to generate the most effective cost optimizations globally.

Provide expertise to regional sourcing teams; act as reference for all Sourcing initiatives on Voice.

Actively lead the collection of internal stakeholders needs.

Elaborate sourcing strategy based on market knowledge and OBS needs.

Conduct commercial negotiation with suppliers (pricing, commercial clauses of the contracts).

Select suppliers and present Sourcing Recommendation.

Communicate, promote usage of selected suppliers and negotiated contracts among entities;

Set up a fruitful and useful relationship with the relevant BUs linked to his/her scope.

Brings his/her expertise on the commodity into the customer project negotiation to deliver additional cost optimization/savings.

Negotiates customer specific contract and conditions with suppliers.

Strong Impact and Influence skills.

In-depth knowledge of Telecoms voice market.

Strong negotiation skills.

Multicultural background mandatory.

English strong oral and written skills, French optional/beneficial

At least 5 year experience in voice.

Develop and lead the OBS voice sourcing plan globally.

Build OBS Voice sourcing into one of the world leaders in voice cost optimization.

base salary from 1,380 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
