about the role
Delivers HR case management support to customers in one or more of the following areas : service delivery, analysis and reporting, project support and data management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• HR Service Delivery – Single point of contact to receive HR queries through phone, case management , chat & request call back. deliver transactional , standard HR services in a timely / SLA basis through the company case management tool (case management of various HR domains like recruitment, voluntary departure, employee data & info, incentives & reward, etc.) for all the International HR Services perimeter of Orange Business Services
• Customer liaison & relationships - Single point of contact for HR Shared Services activities for the countries/region assigned . Liaise with local HR consultants in the HR international perimeter to help resolve specific employee or manager cases.
• HR Process Simplification & Automation - aligning HR process having deviation & variation so that process can be standardized at global level or at least regional level to minimize documentation & errors. Identify the HR processes that can be automated & build project plan for the implementation
• Analysis and reporting – provide support for analyzing and collating relevant HR data in reports in order to enable effective decision-making by other HR functions and the business (e.g. headcount reports, new joiner survey, leaver survey, etc.)
• Process improvement – identify and report process issue or dysfunction and propose solutions for streamlining, improving our standard processes
• HR Data & document Management - help in the timely processing of HR data transactions and data auditing with High Accuracy
• Projects- provide project support to HR Specialist & HR Ops Manager.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing Programs - Lead the knowledge sharing program/trainings within HR Shared services team for existing team/new joiners.
about you
Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills
HR tools knowledge PIMS, AMS, Performance etc.
Excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken English.
Other languages (Arabic, French etc.) an advantage
Customer centric approach
Able to form positive working relationships
Strong experience of dealing with stakeholders
