About the role

We’re searching for a talented, experienced and passionate to build a career in Security Operations Center and to join our CoE – Managed IT Services, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting security devices for our customers around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

·  Knowledge and understanding of information security principles and practices.
·  Working experience on Palo Alto firewalls/ JUniper/ FOrtinet/ Checkpoint with Troubleshooting skills.
·  Working experience for event log monitoring of security devices i.e. intrusion detection/ prevention systems, firewalls, VPN, ACS, and Application level firewalls, content filters of any Products i.e. CISCO, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet
·  Knowledge on working Intrusion detections systems and Understanding of advanced security protocols and standards, vulnerabilities, threats , security breaches over networks, devices, servers , desktops
·  Understanding on Experience with security practices of Intranet and Extranet
·  Knowledge on AAA concepts. 
·  Experience on ACS/ISE  configuration and setup.
·  Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e. workstations, servers, network devices, etc.). Interpret the implications of that activity.
·  Understanding of networking protocols TCP IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH etc.
·  A background in Windows Administration, and Windows Security Administration including log analysis
·  Day-to-day monitoring & Management of various firewalls, VPNS and security devices of any Products i.e. Palo Alto, CISCO, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet) and events/ logs
·  Working experience in Security device & health monitoring, Antivirus deployment and management/ log monitoring, understanding of Virus/ SPAMs
·  Working experience on Event log monitoring tools and Proficient in participating for investigating security breaches activities over network.
·  Experience with Network Sniffers, Protocol Analyzers, SNMP Monitoring, and Wireless Analyzers

Ideal candidates will use their passion for remote monitoring, management of security devices. You should have a positive outlook and a get the job done attitude. Ideally you should have 2-4 years relevant experience in security operation handling multiple security solutions.You should be ready to work in 24x7 Shifts

Qualifications & Work Experience:

·  Any Graduation
·  2-4 years of experience in security operations
·  Relevant experience in remote technical support of security solutions

Certifications: 

·  NSE4/Paloalto
·  Or any other security certifications

Skill Set:

·  Good communication skills.
·  Service Integration background is a preference
·  Good approach to take new initiatives
·  Hands on experience on Fortinet/ Checkpoint/ Palo Alto firewall/ Cisco ISE. 
·  Experience in security technology, products and syslog monitoring & analysis
