Position Title
Technical Support Assistant
Mission and Main Objectives
The mission of the Technical Support is to take technical support e-calls from dealers and/or fleet companies and cooperate with NE-TCS for Product quality activity
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage Techline e-calls from Dealers and provide Technical solutions action correspondence in line with NE KPIs
- Manage Technical requests from Fleet Companies
- Manage own personal development to ensure strong technical and product, methods and process knowledge are maintained
- Ensure adherence to Nissan Europe's policies and standards
- Share best practice to ensure consistent high quality standards are achieved across After Sales and Technical Support
- Ensure the better handling of fleet company technical concern within the team
- Manage all technical pre authorization for warranty, in line with NITA/NE-TCS guidelines
