Position Title

Purchasing & General Affairs Trainee

Mission and Main Objectives

Keep the Increasing trend in quality of services and improve cost control capabilities in general affairs area.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Support GA officer in improve reporting and cost control tools for: Company car management; car maintenance, Facility management, travel, canteen; total budget managed by GA is about 4 m€. On top of that the trainee will support GA in answering quickly to colleagues needs in order to facilitate their work. The other area where the trainee will give contribution is ISO and BHosas certifications, being GA the most affected dept during certification process.
