Digital Panels Support Agent - Italy

Job Goal:

You will work in the Nielsen Digital Panel team: this Nielsen team works to build and maintain a stable sample of people ( panel ) participating in our research about how people use internet and apps. Your focus will be supporting & recruiting people participating in our research.

● Panelists support: assisting IT Mobile/Online panel members via telephone and email

● Panelist recruitment: supporting panel members recruitment

Responsibilities / activities:

·  Address respondent/panelists’ questions by email or phone
·  Make outbound calls to recruit new panel members
·  Provide support to the panel members and assist in resolving technical issues
·  Ad-hoc creation or reviewing of communication campaign template.
·  New product testing (mostly app/websites testing).
·  Present Nielsen in a positive manner, demonstrating professionalism, empathy and subject matter expertise in customer service skills
·  Required to work full time Monday to Friday

Competencies / Skills:

·  Graduate preferred
·  Experience is phone sales/cold calling
·  Previous experience on customer support
·  Troubleshooting skills (“tech savvy” person ready to learn how to solve a tech issue)
·  Self-starter approach: ready to look for solutions to problems autonomously
·  Good communication skills
·  Good level of English: communication with the customer would be in Italian but most of the team is in UK
