Learning Specialist

Mission:

Actively support the governance of datas and KPIs related to learning, training and HR processes, ensure trainings to fullfill local law requirements in a timely manner, support HR department facilitating data & insight sharing and communication

Main Responsibilities:

· Continuously update and track progress of the deployment of training in the market in a timely and accurate manner (at any given time market can have a view on training progress and delivery) using the designated support tools / systems

· Plan, organise and prepare materials, aids and venues for all training-related events under the supervision of the L&D Coord.

· Support logistics and communication with partners, participants and line managers. Address and solve specific issues/problems as they arise

· Coordinate feedback and follow up for effectiveness on the job

· Work with suppliers for effectively managing local training requirements (eg. Nestle in the Market, others)

· Process Order management with internal and external suppliers

· Ensure all the trainings according to local law

· Adapt and translate International training materials

· Manage HR analytics, monthly reports and dashboards

· Provide ppt presentations related to HR analytics, provide insights and suggest proper actions.

Profile

· University degree

· Excellent knowledge of presentation techniques and training tools

· Excel is a must

· 1/2 years of experience in a similar role

· Empathy and listening capacity

· Very business oriented (attitude, awareness, requirements, alignment)

· Excellent communication capabilities and language skills. Fluency in English required (must be able to follow train the trainers in English)

· Good knowledge of Office tools
