Business Intelligence Specialist & CRM Analyst

The BI Specialist & CRM Analyst is in charge of the delivery in a timely manner of an accurate business view in the shape of reports with the existing tools in the market. He/she is in charge of translating business needs from several departments into precise and efficient reports.

Support CRM team in providing internal analysis for the In-Home and Out-of-Home divisions that will enable Nespresso Italy to improve the knowledge on customers/prospect behavior and trends in order to leverage the advantage of managing more efficiently our customer base

Main task of the role:

· Write and validate reports with the requestor
· Create the new request with the adapted tool (Cognos 8, SQL, ETL, others)
· Create or participate to the development of complementary tools when needed (Applications in Access, Excel, FileMaker, others)
· Ensure the accuracy of the data and the delivery of reports
· Manage access rights of end users.
· Analyze existing/recurring/double reports and submit proposals to initial requestor for merging and/or make more efficient
· Ensure a coordinating role between the market(s) and the BI team in HQ (new fields in reports/data base, first line of support in case of problems with the BI tools).
· Ensure smooth and timely communication with the adequate audience(s) concerning new releases, issues, down times, restores, and so on
· In charge of Data Quality Management & Monitoring with the aim of having correct, complete and timely data in the current data-base
· Support the CRM team in analysis and reporting on customer base to better define Nespresso Italian customer profile and main CRM KPIs evolution

Key competencies & experience:

· University degree or equivalent (specialization in IT is mandatory)
· 2 years of experience in similar function
· Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
· Result and detail-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams
· Ability to handle multiple priorities
· Ability to act independently
· Good Excel and Powerpoint skills
· Language skills: Fluent English
