Job description
o Source new candidates
o Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
o Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
o Build rapport and understanding with candidates that the company represents
o Assist promoting the company’s services to candidates
o Build and maintain Database of candidates
o Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule
Desired profile
o Studies Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, or similar areas
o Strong English skills - additional languages are an asset
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong written and verbal communication
o Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
o Motivation, drive and a desire to achieve financial success
