Responsibilities:

 

·  Serve as a subject matter expert to guide solution strategy for sap order to cash solutions as well as the integration with other core modules like finance, APO, MM, PP, TM, etc.;
·  Provide system design, configuration, delivery and production support of IT solutions in the areas of Order-To-Cash (OTC) modules;
·  Consult business global key users on applying current/emerging best practices addressing issues critical to success and translate business requests into technical and business process requirements;
·  Develop, test and implement cost effective solutions within SAP Order-To-Cash Area;
·  Configure and test solutions, including appropriate documentation, integration and non-regression testing processes;
·  Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system and support business users with general support issues;
·  Liaise with the development team to troubleshoot, debug and review Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) programs; and
·  Create functional specifications for application development objects and guide the development of those programs within the development team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field.  In the alternative, the Employer is willing to accept three (3) years of post-secondary education in any field in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.  In addition, the Employer requires integration experience with SAP OTC and finance modules including accounts receivables and accounts payable gained through six (6) years of progressively more responsible work experience in SAP SD/GATP.

 

In addition, the employer requires the candidate to have the following:

 

·  Demonstrated ability configuring and mapping business processes, including standard sales, third party sales, intercompany sales and returns processing into SAP SD software gained through six (6) years of work experience integrating with cross functional teams within SAP;
·  Demonstrated ability working with the SAP TM and SAP EWM modules gained through six (6) years of work experience;
·  Demonstrated ability in the maintenance and support of SAP SD module including hyper care, system enhancements and process stabilization, gained through six (6) years of work experience;
·  Demonstrated ability mapping electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions including 850, 855 and 810 gained through five (5) years of work experience;
·  Demonstrated ability integrating external legacy systems with SAP Order To Cash area module gained through two (2) SAP implementations; and
·  Demonstrated knowledge of the SAP ABAP (Advance Business Application Programming) language and its application in an SAP implementation gained through six (6) years of work experience.

 

All years of work experience may be gained concurrently and all implementations may be completed concurrently.

 

Travel Required: 10% domestic and 10% international
