Oncology Associate

YOUR ROLE:

The Oncology Associate contributes to the growth and profitability of the company through demand generation and development of Oncology business.

 

- Pro-actively initiates efficient Customer development and Territory management for patient recruitment and sales generation.
- Effective implementation of Call coverage/POA/CME activities, to achieve Oncology line objectives for efficient demand generation to improve market position of products.
- Participates in developing promotional activities &/or materials and/or projects.  Contributes to the analyses of the effectiveness of POA, CME activities, Materials and further recommends improvements.
- Serves as the primary contact for customer service issues pertaining to the product line. Responds to company/product-related informational requests of the customers.
- Liaises with the direct superior/Medical department and team members and participates in the development and effective implementation of product strategies/activities, reporting and addressing of AEs/medical queries, etc.
- Pro-actively acquires, validates and evaluates competitive market information in the assigned territory and communicates the same to direct superior. Participates in the development of strategies and POAs and implements the same, to address competition.
- Ensures personal and professional development in order to effectively perform his/her duties.

 

WHO YOU ARE:
- With sales pharmaceutical experience of 3-5 years, preferably in Oncology.

- Excellent analytical and technical skills

- High interpersonal skills; written and oral communication

- With good presentation skills

 - Knowledge in key account management and mapping

- Team player, results-driven, resilient, innovative, collaborative and with high sense of integrity
