Functional Tasks :

·  Conduct regional business analysis and issue quarterly report (Identify issues and opportunities from comprehensive data review and propose action plan).
·  Formulate regional business strategies and tactics with Central Marketing and local sales management consensus (quarterly).
·  Responsible for the related regional level program(s) in compliance with all applicable internal and external policies, procedures and regulations.
·  Own the design, execution, management and feedback tracking of regional level program(s) for brans thru closed cooperation with sales team.
·  Assist regional training on disease & brand related knowledge to consolidate brand message delivery.
·  Develop regional KOLs.
·  Regional marketing related budget management & monitor & tracking
·  Ensure product development in region
·  Provide marketing insight and input to optimize country business plan.
·  Develop annual regional business plan

 

 

 

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE (minimal requirements)

 

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES

·  Bachelor or advanced degree in clinical medicine or pharmacology, oncology is preferred.

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

·  At least 2 years experiences as regional product management, or 2 years sales management experience.
·  2 years multinational pharmaceutical companies’ experience is a must.
·  Excellent communication skills, rich experience in KOL communication.
·  With personalities of confidence, self-motivation.
·  Be adapted to frequent traveling.
