Job Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Job Description:

Your role:

·  Responsible for day to monitoring and triaging of incidents and request to provide business as usual support globally.
·  Primary focus to​​​​ensure patching cycle addresses vulnerabilities and adheres security compliance and audit commitments.
·  Support patching maintenance windows on a roster basis
·  Resolve incidents and requests for Windows, Virtualisation and Citrix platforms.
·  Perform daily checks to ensure systems are functioning as expected.
·  Ensure Server build process is maintained, and all requests are addressed in a timely manner.
·  Create and maintain documentation relating to process, wiki and knowledge-based articles.  
·  Responsible for implementing changes according to global change management process.
·  Management and updating of configuration items for supported devices.
·  Coordinate and Execute schedule maintenance windows to ensure systems are maintained and updated regularly to align with Global process.   

 

Who you are:

·  1-3 Years prior experience in an L1 support position.
·  Good Working knowledge on various Windows server OS versions and VMware 
·  Good knowledge of server administration, Patch Management & OS specific debugging tools, SolarWinds Patch management is an advantage.
·  Basic understanding of Windows server technologies such as Active Directory Services.
·  Basic Knowledge of PowerShell scripting 
·  Experience at creating and managing basic Knowledge Base articles or How-To documentations.
·  Should have strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Good understanding of ITIL processes and tools.
