Electrical Maintenance Technician

Your role:

 

Electrical maintenance technicians inspect, maintain, repair, install, and upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment, components, tools, and machinery. Electrical maintenance technicians work independently or as team to support all site needs. This includes completing all assigned preventative maintenance task and general assigned task.

Who you are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  High School Diploma or GED equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Current Electrical licenses, HVACcertification or any certifications for electrical field experience
·  Experience troubleshooting, correcting, installing and repairing VFD’s and lighting systems
·  Ability to troubleshoot, design, installs, maintain electrical power and control circuits up to 480V.
·  Knowledge in Ohm's law, AC/DC, Parallel and Series circuits, Industrial Electricity.
·  Understand electrical safety (grounding, arc flash, etc.) and utilize electrical testing equipment
·  Ability to thread and bend conduit and properly size conduit and wire per the NEC requirements.
