Veterinary Technical Support Analyst, Vancouver, WA.

This role is responsible for communicating and representing the technical aspects of Wisdom Health products to consumers, veterinarians and clinic staff via phone calls, and e-mails. Supports Customer Service staff with general inquiries, conducts analysis of genetic data to ensure our high standards of quality are met, while providing the highest level of service and customer satisfaction by assuring prompt, courteous and accurate responses to customers as well as internal inquiries

What are we looking for?

·  BSc degree in science DVM or related field required
·  Minimum of 2-3 years of science/technical inside sales/customer service experience.
·  Ability to function as a team player in an open office environment.
·  Developed Communication Skills
·  MSc in related field or genetics desired

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Develop and hone scientific explanations for new and existing genetic products targeted towards consumers and veterinarians.
·  Address technical customer service escalations in a timely, professional and accurate manner with minimal supervision from science team.
·  Perform manual data-analysis of test results where necessary.
·  Participate in ongoing product training to learn and maintain strong knowledge of product information
·  Completely and accurately answer phone calls, emails and letters from vet clinics, pet owners and distributors in accordance with performance standards.
