Your Salary :

Bac +4/Césure : 1200 € gross / Bac+5 : 1350 € gross

Your Mission :

You will be supporting the Senior Global Brand Experience Manager on a key international and exciting project: the creation of phygital Flagship / Concept store!

Your typical day :

Every day will be different ! But your main missions will be :

·  Support the Senior Brand Experience Manager in the creation / development of the Flagship store project.
·  Facilitate Project execution setting meetings, tracking actions and milestones, raising alerts and helping on escalation when needed (Project & Team project management)
·  Ensure planning is on-track & follow / analyze KPIS' and test results
·  Contribute the Digital-First approach / Physical (offline) execution
·  Understand the Global vs Local environment and challenges to understand & adapt approach
·  Collaborate and support the facilitation between the Senior Global BX Manager and communication agencies & transversal team such as Digital D2C, Marketing Research, Corporate Communication, R&D, Countries
·  Facility to work in “test & learn” & agile mode
·  Coordinate and facilitate information sharing within the project team
·  Collaborate closely with the Senior Global Brand Experience Manager
·  Capacity to learn on the fly and ensure continuous improvement

Your profile :

·  Your are studying at a business or communication school (ideally in 4th or 5th year) or an equivalent university degree (available full-time at least for 6 months)
·  You are fluent in English (written, spoken) as all communication will be done in English
·  You have an ability to perform in a multi-cultural environment, to work with transversal teams & external agencies.
·  You have a high level of organization and autonomy
·  You have a keen eye for details
·  You have a good organization
·  You have a Global Mindset
