We Are Looking For Software Engineer Who Will

·  Push the limits of genetic technology to improve the life of our pets

·  Utilize advanced data processing and analytics

And for this role, we hope you have the following skills we require to round out our team:

·  Advanced modern Javascript experience with one or more frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Ember, etc)
·  Mentoring / managing other software engineers
·  Expertise using industry standard methodologies to build software (Github, Gitflow, Continuous Integration / Delivery)
·  Experience building RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
·  Comfortable deploying software to major cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, GCP, etc)
·  Passionate about building products.

If you also had these experiences, you’d knock it out of the dog park:

·  4-8 years of experience professionally building software with a proven track record solving complex engineering problems.
·  Experience building fullstack software, both isomorphic and heterogenous in nature.
·  Superb communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
·  Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
·  Knowledge of modern CSS / SASS / UI frameworks (Flexbox, Bulma, Semantic, etc)
·  Excited by new languages and technology (Elixir, Rust, Flutter, React Native, etc)
