Background

Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity within our supply chain team in KIND. The warehouse and inventory Co-ordinator works as part of a small, dynamic team to manage overall stock levels within our main third party logistic partners to ensure customer orders are able to be fulfilled. This includes managing physical stock levels in different formats, conversion operations and various packaging elements in our two warehouses.

What you will do:

·  Process 3PL invoices / PO as required
·  Stock management – ensuring we have adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil customer orders
·  Inventory management: ensuring on a periodic basis that physical stock matches that of the ERP system used in UK
·  Co-packing: ensuring our co-packed stock levels are adequate to fulfil customer orders and that you work closely with the KIND UK team in ensuring forecasts are accurate
·  Packaging stock: ensuring we have adequate stock levels to fulfil ongoing customer orders working with varying lead-times
·  ERP System: developing a good understanding of how the ERP system used to manage inventory operates and building a relationship with the support team in The US
·  Day to day projects: supporting other day to day projects that may occur relating to the operations team in The UK
·  S&OP process: supporting with various inputs into the S&OP process with reporting and period forecast submission
·  Support the Supply Chain Coordinator

What we want from you:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who can demonstrate high learning agility, drive for results and an essential customer focus.

·  Minimum A-Level or equivalent standard education – GCSE’s in English and Maths required
·  Experience in Supply chain and SAP / JDE / ERP systems
·  Good computer literacy & good English – both written and spoken
·  Experience in activity/project management is desirable
·  Eye for detail and Process Management
