Background

Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity within our supply chain team in KIND. The Supply Chain Co-ordinator works as part of a small, dynamic team to provide order fulfilment, customer service and stock management for KIND UK Ltd. This role is critical in supporting both the day to day customer supply chain interactions and building the supply chain solutions of the future.

The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator focus is towards our customer and will be a reliable and supportive point of contact as orders are received. This includes direct orders, digital ordering and more.

What you will do:

·  Order fulfilment, to process customer orders and manage through until delivery and invoicing.
·  Set up of new customers and new products in KIND systems (JDE)
·  Communication with UK customer supply chain departments
·  Reporting of weekly sales and open orders
·  Process sample orders
·  Working with KIND UK Sales & Marketing teams on any queries regarding customer orders
·  Processing 3PL invoices / PO as required
·  Managing reports
·  Set up of new customers and new products with 3PL
·  Keep the product master database up to date
·  Support the Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

What we want from you:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who can demonstrate high learning agility, drive for results and an essential customer focus.

·  Minimum A-Level or equivalent standard education – GCSE’s in English and Maths required
·  Experience in Supply chain and SAP / JDE / ERP systems
·  Good computer literacy & good English – both written and spoken
·  Experience in activity/project management is desirable
·  Eye for detail and Process Management
