Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. Achieve Business Target and other KPIs.

- Support e-Key account manager to achieve business goals of Royal Canin each brand & product series in TMALL Flagship store (FGS)

- Manage the TMALL search(CPC) and CPM as well as other traffic driver.

-Support e-key account manager to make the daily offtake tracking, analysis and optimization

-Support e-Key account manager to manage and optimize the store service operation

-Spport e-key account manager to make promotion plan in TMALL

SOP collaboration

- Coordinate with cross functional teams to support business (Supply Chain, customer service, marketing, IT…)

- Maintain good and regular commercial relationship with Tmall Team

- Distributor management (customer service, order tracking, supply, inventory, AR)

- Responsible for A&P/TP reimbursement with SOP team.

3. Business Analysis & Reporting:

- Analysis of sales, site performance, and product portfolio performance

- On-going analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, user database growth and behavior, marketing programs.

Qualifications/任职条件

College or bachelor’s degree

Limited 2 years working experience on ecommerce, experience of Tmall Super or JD platform management is a must, experience of FGS operation is a plus

Have business sense of product portfolio play, merchandising, profitability and revenue

Skillful sales skill and business negotiation

Be Proactive and driving

Good execution and result driven

Good presentation skill, including PPT writing and in-person presentation.

Basic English skill on both writing and oral.
