Job description
To supervise the Front Desk to strive towards total guest satisfaction. Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations.
Total responsibility for training, motivating and coaching the front desk team. Serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment / Open Door Policy process. Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
Sell a room to guests without reservations based on availability. Ensure rates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
