At the St Regis Rome, we are looking for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join the HR Team. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude and efficient communication skills, is a passionate person focused on the HR field. He/she has at least a previous experience in HR soft skills, better if in Marriott hotels, a knowledge in leading employee's development initiatives through hosting creative training events and educational programs, in hiring process and communication methods. Position tasks: Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all new associates according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Qualifications :
The candidate will take care of
Recruitment
§ Use the Talent Acquisition program, create requisitions and close them following the internal procedures
§ Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance. Assist with internal transfers and external hires.
§ Schedule and track orientation.
Hiring
§ Coordinate all on-boarding activities for new hires.
§ Follow all employment compliance standards for newly hired employees (, Job Requisition Files, Personnel Files, etc.)
§ Maintain and validate all personnel records in HR Systems (Peoplesoft, MyHR, etc.)
§ Follow-up on all outstanding new hire paperwork.
Training
§ Assist management in training activities
§ Support HR team to plan and prepare training session respecting deadlines and requests
§ Verify documents related to mandatory training by law and by company
§ Supporting management in brand activities
§ Use the intranet, MyLearning, to assign trainings and generate reports
Compliance
§ Assist management with HR Audits. Maintain tracking systems to ensure all audits are completed timely and accurate.
Assists Management
§ Assist management in screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems.
Communications and Relations
§ Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human
Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
§ Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property.
Requested:
Education: Bachelor Degree and master in HR
Related Work Experience: At least 6 months of related work experience
English Language Proficiency
Good Computer Skills
