Content:

Increase visibility and ranking on online platforms by optimizing content
·
Execution of proactive content management strategy and monthly updates for brand.com, standalone websites (Midtowngrill, The Big Dog, POTS, Catering by Marriott), OTA´s (booking.com/Expedia/Tripadvisor/hotel.de/hrs) local partners (visit berlin/ strategic local F&B partners), MICE platforms (Cvent/ etc.) and image library (MDAM) in German & English

Monitors, analyzes and reports the platforms' analytics
·
Works closely with Marriott Digital Services in regards to content updates, photography upload & SEO etc.
·
Plans & executes photo & video shoots in co-operation with the Marketing Manager & operations
·
Develops and maintains cooperation with OTA Market Managers in liaison with Revenue Management
·
Conducts competition checks for main hotel competitors in market
·
Supports the Marketing Managers on special projects
General Duties:
·
Engages in monthly update calls with Marriott Digital Services
·
Attends monthly regional marketing update calls
·
Conducts hotel and site inspections when necessary.
·
Maintains purchase order logs and controls expense accounts assigned to Public Relations/ Marketing in absence of Marketing Coordinator
·
Supports the Marketing Managers on internal communications (presentations etc)
· Supports production of month end reports
Skills:
· Affinity towards content/online marketing
· Fluent in German and English
· Proactive personality with good sense of brand perception & writing skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Must be strategic and detail orientated, creative & energetic
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
