Purpose of Role
Area of responsibility: Compensation & Benefits
In order to achieve business goals, assist Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources in coordination of administration, enrolment communication, and adherence to procedures relative to Talent benefits. Facilitate the administration of work safety and compensation case management.
Responsibly Description
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters
- Maintain a filing and track system.
- Create and photocopy correspondences and documents.
- Answering telephone calls.
- File and retrieve documents and information.
- Attend meetings and provide simultaneous translation.
- Maintain updated information on the Marriott International and W Taipei HR
system.
- Translate written documents.
- Assist to ensure all Talent are paid in line with their terms of employment.
- Assist to ensure all personnel records are maintained accurately and kept
secure.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail (including express services).
- Handle and store stock according to stock control procedures.
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify Talent Coaches of
potential danger.
- Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant
business documentations.
- Provide continuous feedback on current internal HR issues to Human
Resources Officer, Human Resources Manager and Director of Human
Resources.
