Qualifications :

Primary Job Functions:

1. Agreements for casual staff: check documents of casual staff and ensure that he/she has been provided with mini-orientation before the beginning of the work; handle communications to Inail and to the province the day before he/she has been hired; assign employee IDs; insert employees IDs and working hours in the excel file to be sent on monthly basis to the payrolls office; insert working hours and revenues of Food and Beverage department in the excel file to be sent on daily basis to Food and Beverage Manager, to the GM and to the DOF. Insert workers in the employees ID register; notify via fax non-EU employees to the relevant public institution; send the residence permit (model Q) to the relevant public office for non-EU employees with a permit whose nature is other than study or family reasons or indefinite term-contract.

2.Employee ID register: assign a new employee ID, handle data (levels, cdc, qualifica dati bancari), input data of casual workers into the dedicated software (Arca); print the employee ID register. Constant update!

3. Arca: input personal data, assign badge to new hired staff and software handling; insert working hours of casual workers; communicate these data to the payroll office; print employee attendances.

4. Check of holidays and rol of each department , fill in the proper file e send it to the relevant department within the 10th on a monthly basis. Make a sample check of the shifts of each department and communicate to GM/DOF and to HOD the discrepancies to regulations.

5. Check of the due register of the personnel : send it at the beginning of every month to the relevant department.

6. Drawing-up of the agreements: send information concerned with career advancements, extension of contract, deadline, stage, bank account of all employees to the relevant external office.

7. Drawing- up of notification letters;

8. Dealing with disabled staff issues : handle contacts with agencies, address queries to the relevant public body, handle the screening of candidates and their fitting in the department.

9. Filling in of the file Turnover : send the file to DHR every 5th of the month so that it can be registered in the Central Desktop;

10. Handling lockers, keys, pin e trainee pin (check procedure F&B for pin that must be given back), badge for punching, badge for entrance, and photos (also photos for casual staff).

11. Handling communications regarding staff uniforms : communicate three days in advance via mail the time for the uniform test for new hired staff.

12. Orientation: handling complusory communications (ethic code of Marriott and ethic code of Bulgari, privacy form, bank account form, print relationship's form, privacy art.13, exit form, personal data form, Pin Bulgari form, TFR form to be signed within 6 months, deductions, employee handbook, badge and keys).

13. Loss prevention: HACCP, first aid, fire-prevention, 626, risks for pregnant women, compulsory medical check up, annual safety meeting, security Action Plan, training on the job, send the report every 4th of the month to Niki Allen.

14. Distribution of pay packet and of cheques, file of cheques matrix as well as of recorded delivery letters.
