The Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no Eki portfolio of hotels will be across five prefectures in Japan – Kyoto, Wakayama, Mie, Gifu and Tochigi. This is a long-standing collaboration with Japanese real estate developer, Sekisui House. Each of the hotels will be newly-built standalone properties featuring between 49 to 96 rooms with its own warm atmosphere, located within short walking distance of the roadside service areas of Michi-no-Eki that will provide a convenient access to notable leisure attractions in the region. All properties are expected to open by 2021, with the first dozen hotels scheduled to open in late 2020.

Qualifications :

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Director of HR and HR Department by managing daily HR tasks and administration jobs.

Mainly using an outsourcing company to manage salaries and company insurance.

The ideal candidate will be labor-related expertise and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail, also managing all duties in HR Department working efficiently and communicating with inside/outside stakeholders such as Owner and Hotels.


Responsibilities
· 
Monthly payroll processing (monthly processing using an outsourcing company and labor insurance and social insurance procedures)

· 
General social insurance procedures (enrollment, withdrawal, benefit procedures for health insurance, employment insurance, work injury insurance, etc.)

·  Attendance management work
·  Commuter expense management
· 
Calculation processing, year-end adjustment processing, payroll report creation processing

·  Health checkup and stress check
· 
Support for employees taking leave (childcare leave, sick leave, etc.)

·  Response to inquiries from staff
·  Audit and tax audit support
· 
Other HR Director support (system, training, evaluation, recruitment, etc.)

· 
Support administration tasks, such as answering directing phone calls, ordering stationeries, arranging meetings, filings.

Requirements

• Labor-related expertise

• 3 years of experience in HR and labor related work

• PC skills (Basic operations for Excel and Word)

• Telephone reception and customer service manners that suit Japanese business customs

• Social insurance labor qualification is a PLUS. • English proficiency is a PLUS
