We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

Qualifications :

Reporting directly into the Front Office Supervisors and Manager the role of Front Office Host is responsible for:

·  Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
·  Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
·  Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
·  Cash and Key security and control

This role covers the entirety of the Front Office operation. This department delivers 24 hour service across reception, telephone handling, room service order taking and guest relations.

·  Experience in the Front Office operation, or related Hospitality department preferred.

·  2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
