Desired profile

Qualifications :

Directly report to Engineering Manager, the Engineering Assistant Manager is leading day-to-day activity in all engineering operations. He is part of the engineering team. Engineering Assistant Manager conduct the effective functioning of the material. He is an important support for the guests and other departments for technical issues. He works closely with the Engineering Manager.

Your missions will be :

· 
To plan the maintenance of the technical materials and to perform of periodic controls;

· 
To manage the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, AC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems;

· 
To ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards;

· 
To be in charge of site inspection, take note of the eventual issues, find solutions to resolve the problems or report it to your supervisor;

· 
To coordinate the functioning of the engineering service and realize the following of the missions when the Engineering Manager is missing (Organize, handle priorities…) ;

· 
To prepare and submit reports required by state agencies/Marriott International for water consumption, wastewater discharge;

· 
To be occasionally responsible for stock management and to be the contact for external companies;

· 
To participate in key projects of the hotel (Budget, CAPEX…)

Your profile

You have a first relevant experience as Engineer or ideally as Engineering Supervisor. You research a position combining supervision and operational. Your willingness to do well and your technical skills are the keys of success in our Hotel.

Of course, we expect you to speak French!
