What are my responsibilities?

As an Engineer you will be part of the Engineering department. You…

·
Perform day to day maintenance work in hotel rooms, public areas and back of house areas.

·
Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves.

·
Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed.

·
Maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines.

·
Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift.

·
Manage on-site contractors and any outside maintenance done by contractors.

·
Perform maintenance painting in and outside the hotel.

·
Maintain and renew all different types of wallpaper.

To be eligible for this position you…
·  Have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
· 
Have experience in painting including water based painting.

·  Have a completed LTS / Electro technical study.
·  Have a hospitable personality.
· 
Have to be flexible, able to work in different shifts (day, evening, weekend) and willing to perform any other duties as requested by the Director of Engineering.
