Communication with our customers starts with us and our journey is built with customer insight at its heart. As part of a large and dynamic Food marketing function, your voice will be heard and you will have the opportunity to make a difference in a team that are passionate about getting it right.

The role will envolve working cross-functionally to deliver the actionable insight we need across the Food Group. This insight powers customer data-led decisions to drive commercial planning and increase sales. You will do this by using your expertise to build PowerBI dashboards and reports to help measure, interpret and predict business trends. If you have a natural analytical curiosity, experience in PowerBI, and a desire to innovate and deliver data driven solutions, then this role could be the perfect next move for you!

The person we’re looking for

·  Ideally will have a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Reporting functions or Operational Research
·  Proven experience using PowerBI to generate reports directly from Big Data solutions
·  Experience of using statistical and programming software to extract and consolidate meaningful data into datasets (SQL, SAS, Python, R)
·  Able to demonstrate innovation in approach and application
·  Commercial awareness; is able to provide context to insight and appropriate recommendations through a good understanding of business drivers and dynamics
·  Excellent interpersonal skills; able to proactively network across functions and influence at all levels.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights.
·  Good organisation skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects across stakeholders
·  A self-starter with strong ‘can do’ type motivation, naturally inquisitive and resilient to blind alleys
·  Develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the business
