Job Description:

As a Department Supervisor you will work with the Department Manager to excite and engage a team of up to 25 Customer Assistants to provide excellent customer service and drive sales across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead the team to drive an exceptional customer experience
·  Celebrate success and recognise contribution within the team
·  Plan and coordinate store resources and rotas
·  Drive a selling culture within the team
·  Provide regular feedback to colleagues to ensure everyone has the right training
·  Identify and create selling opportunities
·  Support the Department Manager to raise performance of team
·  Make every penny count by driving efficiencies and minimising losses

Our online market is climbing and we are working hard to ensure our store estate is fit for the future, we have relocated some of our stores to bigger locations with better product ranges and improved access.
