Job Description:

·  Ensuring the overall content on the PDP is showcasing the product to the very best potential to drive ATB, specifically.
·  The product title, product description, product attributes and their accuracy, both to the product and in ensuring they are customer facing and SEO friendly. ​
·  Ensuring the day-to-day operation of getting the content enriched is done as efficiently and speedily as possible. ​
·  Reviewing and maintaining Product Dictionaries and rules for titles (at start of season and during C&H critical path) ​
·  Working closely with Trading to agree rulesets and sign-off taxonomy and the facets and filters information structure and ensuring all products are updated accordingly. ​
·  Reviewing the output on the site in preview, before it is published and approve the product for publishing to the site. ​
·  Prepare and host Product Briefing sessions for M&S.com – ensure correct and useful information is captured to describe products on the website​
·  Review initial batch of output from Copywriting Agency to ensure copy is delivering the tone of voice​
·  Responsible for gatekeeping the quality of copy online​
·  Maintain and optimise the tone of voice to suit the M&S brand (to sub-department/sub-brand level)

Key Skills

·  Commercial understanding and working to buying and marketing critical paths
·  Comfortable working with multiple systems
·  Experience of working across multiple teams and business areas to achieve the overall business strategy.
·  Ability to develop relationships with appropriate areas and stakeholders.
·  Ability to work with reactionary trading changes, resulting in prioritizing work load.
·  Knowledge of competitors and what gold standard content looks like.
·  Confident in analysing and reporting information
