Do you love analysing data and using it to make commercial decisions?

Well, we are looking for a Category Planner to join us in Paddington, Within this role you will be an integral part of the team by being responsible for; analysing reports relating to price and promotions, producing category documents relating to critical paths and price changes. Also, you will be using key IT systems to ensure up to date and accurate information is entered daily, so strong excel skills and an analytical mindset are a must.

With us you will;

·  Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of our system when it comes to; cost price and units per tray for the category, including all selling price changes and archiving of critical path & price change form providing an auditable trail of ways of working/launch success
·  Ensure the accurate and timely collation, entry and maintenance of new and existing product reference data ensuring everything is set-up ‘right first time’
·  Work cross-functionally both internally and externally within business, either working with; buyers ensuring all system updates are actioned and resolve issues or with supplier, invoice queries for cost price and units per tray changes
·  Have a strong commercial input by checking the daily data quality report and resolve all commercial issues within SLA and approve promotional artwork

Apply if you have;

·  Worked in a similar food category processes role within the retail space, with a real passion for food
·  A strong understanding and knowledge base of the supply chain area
·  An eye for detail when it comes to analysis and interpretation of data, with the ability to make commercial decisions
·  Intermediate level or above skills in Excel
