Postition's purpose:
The Legal Intern will support in all the activities of the Legal Department EMEI, drawing up and reviewing contracts and legal documents under the supervision of the Legal Manager.
Main activities:
>  Support in providing advices on legal issues and the potential legal implications of proposed deals or ongoing contracts, business strategies and projects;
>  Ensure that all company procedures and processes are in compliance with law and regulations;
>  Review all contracts and legal documents to ensure that the company interests are safeguarded;
>  Participate in interdepartmental meetings and conference calls, with Italian and foreign counterparts and / or consultants.

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Beginner
- Bachelor's Degree in Law;
- A minimum experience in the sector is preferred;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
