The Business Analyst, reporting directly to Retail Planning Manager, cooperates in all the activities of yearly Budgeting and Seasonal Forecasting by Store and Category, on a WW Retail base.
He/she is responsible of sales reporting, providing insights into performance and key drivers for the Store Channel.
 
Responsibilities
 
- Provide analysis on the main KPIs for the Retail channel and summarizes results (both graphically and qualitatively)
- Support the Retail Planning team in all the analyses aimed to define the OTB by store/category and in the activities related to Retail Buying
- Interaction with Finance Department to support the development of annual Financial Budget and three-years Strategic Plan
- Responsibility for all the reporting related to Orders, Sales and Sell-T for Store Channel
- Support Retail Planning Team in cross projects and activities requested by Top Management

Experience required : Beginner
Skills and abilities required:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Management Engineering and Business Admnistration 
- Strong analytical skills and propensity for planning and reporting
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel, etc.) and reporting tools (i.e. Business Object)
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
- Precision, proactivity, problem solving skills, ability to combine big picture thinking with detail orientation
- Previous experience in similar role, in a dynamic and international environment
