The position is based in Rome. She/he will follow the control and the technical development of the RTW category, visiting suppliers and assuring Fendi quality standards.
 
Main responsibilities
- Guarantee production quality & processes comply with the Company requirement
- Provide technical advice and solution to resolve quality issues
- Ensure vendor/factories working under continuous improvement and apply preventative action utilizing tools to identify defect trends
- Report and document any fabric defects/damages and manage critical issues related to non-compliance, interfacing with the various internal departments involved as well as with fabric factories
- Support the scouting activity for new manufacturing opportunities

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a fashion luxury company or garment manufactures
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and raw materials
- Familiar with garment inspection workflow and production processes
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel
- Teamwork and problem-solving attitudes
- Ability to work under stress
