Training Path
The position is based in Rome. The candidate will support the CRS coordinator in the implementation of sustainability project at Fendi HQ.
 
In particular he/she will:
- identify and develop green initiatives to educate, inspire and empower employees around sustainability
- analyze building consumptions to reduce environmental impact
- follow all activities related to the relevant certifications (ISO 14001, OHSAS18001) 
- manage relationships with all the Division involved
- plan and follow up the environmental and social audits of Fendi's suppliers
- collect data for Environmental Report and CSR dashboard
- suggest further improvements on the existing CSR and sustainability KPIs
- support the Team with back-office activities

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Beginner
- Degree in Management Engineering/ Economy or other focusing on CSR or Sustainability
- Fluent English
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Excellent ability to analyze, prioritize and organize information and different projects
- Previous experience in CSR or Sustainability Department is considered a plus
