Position at Logitech The Role: The Retail Strategic Programs & Innovation Manager EAMEA (Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) is responsible for the development of strategic programs that help Logitech elevate the collaboration and partnership with its top customers to jointly grow value for the different product categories. Examples include Category Management, POS Excellence Framework, Concept Selling etc. The responsibility also includes bringing new innovative ways of thinking how Logitech can leverage the retail environment as a true Marketing asset for driving incremental sales. The role is based in Lausanne and reports to Head of Retail for EAMEA.

In this role you will: Lead the thinking on strategic programs how Logitech will engage with top customers to jointly drive value in our categories. Be the key contact (center of excellence) for clusters & countries (latest retail trends & developments, industry benchmarking, shopper insights etc.). Support clusters and countries in EAMEA in their interaction with top Retailers (pitch meetings, assortment analysis etc.) and in delivering superior Sales Fundamentals. Find new innovative ways how the store can be a growth engine for Logitech. Work closely with product categories to define and drive best practice across our different businesses. Collaborate with the etail capability team to drive synergies and omnichannel solutions. Integrate new ways of leveraging innovative technology at POS. Your Skills: For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team: High ability for strategic thinking. In this role your focus will not be on execution but on developing strategic programs that will be executed in clusters & countries. High level of Creativity. Successful retailing today means delivering new innovative ways of delivering superior consumer/shopper experience in stores. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across regions, functions and levels. Good communication skills, capable to adapt style to the audience. Good leadership and influencing skills. Fluent in English, oral and written, any other language is a plus. Education: University Degree. Minimum 6 years experience in consumer business.
