I. The Team
Lhoist Group is a global leader in lime, dolime and minerals. With a turnover over 2.2bn€ and headquarters in Belgium, Lhoist is present in 25 countries with more than 100 facilities.
The HR Information System (HRIS) department is a key enabler for Human Resources processes. The team is in charge of supporting the global HR community in using Workday in the most efficient way. It is accountable for translating people-related priorities into Workday configuration, developing communication materials, supporting users in understanding new features and looking for Continuous Improvement opportunities on a daily basis.
Workday has evolved fast after its initial implementation at Lhoist, which now drives the team to demand a sustainable documentation framework.
II. Your Role
As HRIS Process Analyst, you will contribute to the design and implementation of the HRIS documentation framework. You will work in close collaboration with the HRIS team and support it in multiple projects concerning enhancements of Workday, including Continuous Improvement and User Adoption initiatives.
- Workday Documentation
- You will be a key contributor for the selection of the best approach to fit our documentation needs by investigating and summarizing market best practices and making recommendations of platforms, structures and templates to be used, which will assure Workday internal knowledge transfer and boost the polyvalence of the team.
- Based on the acquired knowledge and selected approach, you will be responsible for documenting the configuration of Workday. This includes all the facets of the system such as business processes, security, reporting, data sets and functionalities.
- HR Support
- You will contribute to enhance and maintain HR global communication materials for end-users, such as Report & Dashboard Catalog and Reference Cards.
- You will act as Project Management Office (PMO) and support key HR transformation initiatives by consolidating the various project statuses on a periodic basis. You will organize project meetings, write up minutes, maintain project documents up to date and quickly provide a global view on the initiatives’ progress.

V.I.E period : 12 month, renewable
III. Ideal Profile
- Education: Master Degree from a recognized University. MBA is considered a plus.
- Experience:
- Interest and aptitude for technology, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge and understanding of business process concepts, including process mapping and process design.

- Languages: English – Proficient; French or German are a plus.
