Position Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to support all aspects of Human Resources Data Management, Payroll and Compliance including Labour Laws, Employee Benefits and Administration, HRIS, Management Support, Compliance with Labor Laws, Special Events Planning, Employee Relations, and compliance program goals and operations in harmony with the Company’s corporate culture and goals.

Job Responsibilities:
In this role, he/she will be first point of contact for all HR Data, Labour Compliance and payroll related topics.
• Compliance Management: Manages the day-to-day facilitation of inquiries and requests for assistance as received from Labour authorities. Timely response to the compliance department to provide accurate information and guidance. Implementation of Statutory Compliance and Regulations
• Payroll Management: Manage payroll inputs and related reported for monthly disbursement of salaries
• Data Management: Drives reporting and analytics for the business unit’s HR operations team in support of strategic priorities
• Recommend and implement process improvements to support HR business partners in the development of talent strategies to their client groups
• Reporting and Analytics: Conducts analyses and creates, delivers, and maintains reporting on employee data, uses information to develop insights (e., headcount tracker, turnover, and organization charts)
• Policies and Processes Management: Manages key processes within talent life cycle including performance management, annual and mid-year review processes, talent review, development and succession planning. Works with HR colleagues to ensure talent related activities and recommends process improvements to streamline activities and create consistency across the business
• Human Resources System (HRIS): Serves as the point of contact for system issues and associate data integrity
• Project Management:: Leads, manages and/or participates in cross-functional programs
• Support systems and Tools: Creates and implements training, communications, systems and tools on HRIS
