Analyst-Account Supply Chain

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for managing Retailer order write using the retailer's systems.
·  Ensure Distribution Center inventory and service to stores are aligned with retailers' expectations.
·  Coordinate the Collaborative Planning, Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR)/Vendor Management Inventory relationship between L'Oreal Supply Chain and Retailer Supply Chain.
·  Key stakeholder in customer-centric Supply Chain metrics – Replenishment, On Time/In Full, On-Shelf Availability, Forecast Accuracy, and Retail Inventory.
·  Identify trends in violations and root causes for improvement
·  Help validate the monthly shipment forecast
·  Identify item movement trends
·  Collaborate with Sales on promotional needs
·  Monitor and create item level forecasts and works with Sales on validating
·  Complete weekly trend reporting and inventory reporting
·  Monitor violations on a weekly/monthly basis
·  Support Sales in driving Retailer/L'Oreal initiatives.
·  Drive operational efficiencies through adherence to L'Oreal General Terms of Sale compliance.
·  Develop expertise on Customer Supply Chain and Replenishment systems and network.

Job Requirements:

·  BA/BS degree and 2+ years job experience preferably in Supply Chain
·  Strong analytical skills and with an advanced focus in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a must.
·  SAP experience preferred
·  Customer facing experience
·  Understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain
·  E3 and JDA certifications preferred
