Job description
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy by category, brand and retailer that ensures execution excellence that leads to increased sales and market share growths.
This role requires strong Creative and Project Management skills.
? Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store/category
? Recommend, track and Initiate Special Projects, following a deep understanding of category, shopper and retail accounts.
? Develop Visual Merchandising solutions for Key Category Initiatives in all retailers
? Develop initiatives for on shelf education and shopper engagement through global counter part best practices and thorough understanding of competitor activity
? Management of External Agencies, tender processes.
? Hold Agency accountable to deliverables as per SLA.
? Own both the permanent and temporary retail merchandising activations
? Track key design projects process from brief through to installation and activation keeping execution agency accountable.
? Understand the brand, category and account strategy through exposure to shopper insights
? Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraint
? Follow guide books for different types of distribution and marketing events

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· ? 3+ years experience in working with leading POS agency and outside vendors
· ? Previous brand management experience is not required but desired.
· ? Results-oriented, strong leadership skills, strong written and oral communication skills ? B Com or ideally B Com: Retail Management Degree
· ? Strong project management skills.
· ? Strong creative and visual design skills
· ? Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
· ? Attention to detail.
