What will you do?  

 

As an e-Business Planner , you will work under the e-Commerce Team of our Consumer Products Division (CPD), report to the Group Customer Development Manager, and be expected to do the following:

Mission & Defining Characteristics

·  Responsible for consolidating the total e-Commerce demand forecast across all Brands and all Platform; by SKU for Hero SKUs
·  Challenges KAMs on their demand forecast for NPD, Campaigns and Promotions.
·  Owns the templates to publish iterated forecast to feed E-Replenishment Managers and also National Demand Plan.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Drives the monthly S&OP forecasting cycle for E-Commerce.
·  Challenges KAMs on their demand forecast and iterates the forecast over the month.
·  Operated on an M+5 horizon, making sure to have a first cut of M+5 in each monthly cycle and iteratively improves the M to M+4 forecasts each month.
·  Owns the templates that feed National Demand Plan and also the E-Replen Plan.

Who are we looking for?

·  A bachelor's graduate of business, engineering or related
·  Displays sensitivity to L’Oréal's “Métier” 
·  Has appreciation or passion in the beauty and cosmetics industry 
·  Possesses excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
·  Has at least 2-3 years’ work experience in demand planning and supply chain operations, preferably from the FMCG industry
·  Preferably someone who has a background in e-commerce operations
·  Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Driven, agile, energetic and enterprising
·  Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City and is mobile
