Overview of the opportunity:
The Department of Professional Practice in National office requires a Risk Management Systems Analyst to provide application administration and support, organizational support, process documentation and ad-hoc project co-ordination.
What you will do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
·  Administering multiple in house applications and processes
·  Compiling and organizing data into final report form for management use
·  Documenting application/process workflows and requirements to support users and to assist management with driving application changes and enhancements
·  Respond to questions, escalating matters to subject matters experts, documenting resolutions as appropriate
·  Assist with the development of materials for training, i.e. job aides and other user support documents
·  Helping to assess issues in application functionality or process efficiently, assist with designing solutions and testing changes
·  Liaising with other departments/groups as required
·  Providing support on ad-hoc project work
·  Assisting with the development of other operational/project documentation
What you bring to the role:
A successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviours:
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Formal education in Business Technology Management or similar preferred
·  Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role preferred
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·  Ability to interact with colleagues at all professional levels
·  Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
·  Proven track record of teambuilding, relationship management, and dealing effectively with Senior Management.
·  Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
·  Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.
·  Strong skills in MS Office and MS Visio
·  Working with Service Now is preferred but not required
·  High aptitude to learning new systems / technology
·  Ability to assimilate, analyze and facilitate information sharing.
