Overview of the opportunity:

·  Primary function of this role is to perform duties and tasks associated with managing Reception and answering switchboard in addition to various administrative duties in support of Client Administrative operations.
·  Duties include but are not limited to; greeting clients/visitors, answering switchboard and re-directing calls, booking meeting rooms and workstations, administration of staff parking, mail/couriers, scanning/printing/copying, liaising with landlord as required among other related duties.
·  provide back up of Office Services Clerk in support of files management and other office services related duties and requirements.
What you will do:

·  Greet all visitors to the firms' premises in a friendly and professional mannerProject a positive image of KPMG in telephone and personal communication with clients and staff
·  Demonstrate pride in the appearance of the reception area at all times
·  Coordinate meetings including booking of meeting rooms, meals and AV requirements
·  Photocopying, printing and arranging courier/deliveries
·  Mail, ordering stationery and file management
·  Scanning documents and filing electronically on file server
·  printing and assembling of various corporate and personal tax returns
·  Make routine travel arrangements
·  Provide back-up support for client administration team members
·  Deliver routine and transactional administrative tasks with some guidance and supervision from the administrative team
·  Other duties as need to support the team At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

What you bring to the role:

·  Combination of education/experience in administration.Intermediate skills with MS office word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
·  Ability to function effectively in team situations and flexibility to varying workloads.
·  Service oriented, takes pride in completing routine tasks, organized, and detail oriented.
·  Good written and communication skills.
