Based in Melbourne the Operational Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our Melbourne Central Stockroom holds enough peripherals to send via courier across to our interstate sites, completing a stock audit on a weekly basis.

The role works on making sure that ITS (Information Technology Services) invoices and Purchase Orders are processed in a timely manner for the ITS Team, support the ITS Administrator. Please note this role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Your opportunity

As an Operational Intelligence Coordinator you will deliver results by:

Shipping Management
·  Report generation and analysis based on stock quantities
·  Collecting stock and processing for shipping
·  Organising courier for collection of stock
·  Purchase Ordering of general equipment
·  Audit and Stock Count
·  Reporting on stock variance Invoicing
·  Receive, review and prepare invoices for processing
·  Process and administer timely payments
·  Ensuring requests are completed correctly in line with policy and account costing allocations
·  Providing assistance to the ITS Administrator How are you Extraordinary?

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
·  Experience in Corporate administration will be highly preferred
·  Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Proficient in creating report
·  Analytical skills
·  Excellent communication and time management skills
·  An ability to stay focused and work under pressure
·  Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver in a timely manner
