Financial Controller assistant (m/f)

We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation.

A s Financial Controller Assistant, you will:

·  Assure quality control over financial reporting and analyze financial information provided in monthly reporting packages (KPI's evolution...)
·  Support month or year-end closings in conducting various analysis and particularly in assessing and monitoring WIP valuations
·  Collaborate in the preparation of the organization's budget (preparation of back up documentation, statistics...)
·  Participate in special ad hoc projects / analysis
·  Prepare management reports (variance analysis of KPI's versus budget, prior year...)
·  Submit proposals to enforce internal controls.

The perfect candidate

·  Bachelor or Master's degree in accounting, finance, audit or any other relevant field,
·  Experience in a similar position,
·  Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
·  Advanced MS Excel skills, Knowledge of graphic software is a plus
·  High level of accuracy , attention to detail, solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems,
·  Excellent communication and follow up skills,
·  Resilience, ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints
·  Positive energy, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to a constantly changing environment,
·  Excellent level of English - written and spoken. Other languages, especially French, are an advantage.
